Extended Family Sessions
A personalized extended family session that highlights everyone, from the full group to each unique individual.
Investment
Pricing:
- Session Fee: $450
- Deposit: $90 nonrefundable deposit to reserve your spot
- Balance Due: $360 on the day of the session
- Includes:
- Full group shots
- Individual family portraits
- Individual photos for each member
- Unlimited poses and number of shots during the session
Session Length:
- Extended family sessions typically last 1.5 hours, though the duration may vary based on the size of your group and the flow of the session.
Delivery:
- All images are delivered through an online digital gallery, allowing you to easily download, share, and print your photos.

BOOKING + POLICIES:
Non-Refundable Deposit
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Please note that the session date and time are not reserved until the deposit is received in full. The remaining balance is due the day of the session.
Delivery
The turnaround time for your digital gallery is up to 3 weeks from the date of your session or event. I appreciate your patience as I carefully curate and edit your images for the best possible quality.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Any rescheduling request, regardless of when it is made, will incur a $45 rescheduling fee in addition to the package amount. This fee compensates the Photographer for administrative time and potential loss of other bookings due to the date change. The new session date will not be confirmed until the rescheduling fee is paid in full.
No-Call No-Show
If you fail to attend your scheduled session without prior notice (no-call no-show), the full amount for any future sessions will be due upfront at the time of booking.
Agreement and Contract
Before your session, you’ll receive a photography contract outlining all session details, policies, and rights. This contract must be read, agreed to, and signed prior to your session date. This step ensures we’re both on the same page and helps protect both the client and the photographer.
