Choose Your Perfect Photo Spot
Now that you’ve picked your package, it’s time for the fun part - choosing a location! Below are a few of my favorite spots to shoot at.

Location 1: Rudy Mines
Known mainly for mountain biking and hiking, Rudy Mines also makes a beautiful spot for photos. We typically shoot close to where we park, so it’s easy to access while still offering plenty of variety. You’ll find open grassy areas, wooded trails, tall weedy fields, and plenty of trees that make for gorgeous backdrops. There’s even a small back road bordered by a cornfield, perfect for creating those warm, country-style photos. For convenience, the location also has a portable restroom and changing area on site.

Location 2: The Pond
While it’s technically located in the city, The Pond has a peaceful, country feel that makes it perfect for photos. The area features a large pond, open grassy spaces, and tall weedy areas that add beautiful texture and depth to your shots.
We’ll park nearby and take a short walk down the Greenbelt Trail to reach the pond - it’s an easy stroll that’s well worth the view.

Location 3: Downtown Owensboro
If you’re looking for more of a city vibe, Downtown Owensboro is the perfect choice. The area offers beautiful architecture, charming streets, and views overlooking the river - all great for adding variety and a modern touch to your photos. From brick buildings and walkways to scenic riverfront spots, there are plenty of backdrops to explore within a short walking distance.

BOOKING + POLICIES:
Non-Refundable Deposit
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Please note that the session date and time are not reserved until the deposit is received in full. The remaining balance is due the day of the session.
Delivery
The turnaround time for your digital gallery is up to 3 weeks from the date of your session or event. I appreciate your patience as I carefully curate and edit your images for the best possible quality.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Any rescheduling request, regardless of when it is made, will incur a $45 rescheduling fee in addition to the package amount. This fee compensates the Photographer for administrative time and potential loss of other bookings due to the date change. The new session date will not be confirmed until the rescheduling fee is paid in full.
No-Call No-Show
If you fail to attend your scheduled session without prior notice (no-call no-show), the full amount for any future sessions will be due upfront at the time of booking.
Agreement and Contract
Before your session, you’ll receive a photography contract outlining all session details, policies, and rights. This contract must be read, agreed to, and signed prior to your session date. This step ensures we’re both on the same page and helps protect both the client and the photographer.
